CCM upgrade ver 4.1.3 to ver 4.2.(X) best practice

Dear All,

Which are the best practice to upgrade CCM ver 4.1.3 to 4.2.3 and what are the PRE and POST upgrade steps/tasks are recommended to do/take.Also from the tech who was doing this recently I am wondering if there were any roadblocks or bumps and how to overcome those.

Hi,

I think the most important configuration change is arrival of "Common Profile". So it's recommended to rebuild device pool and common profile configuration and usage.
