MPLS with LDP on 3620

Can anyone advise about 3620 IOS version for MPLS with LDP feature set.I have 3620 router with 16 flash and 64 memory and I need to run MPLS with all LDP features.Which IOS I can use.

But unfortunately i think that 3620 has no image that supports MPLS (unlike 3640 and 3660).
