Microsoft Dynamics CRM phone fields

Hello,

Our implementation of MS CRM 3.0 contains some custom (additionnal) phone number fields, how can we configure the Cisco CRM connector to be aware of it ? We already started digging in the XML files, but are a bit lost !!!
