hello
everytime when the server reboot wich lms is installed, following message occur, when the browser is opened: "the page cannot be displayed". afther we reset the casuser restart the cw deamon, the system running again. whats the problem?

Were any of the service startup parameters changed for the LMS services?
Is the casuser modified in windows user setup?

I'm also constantly seeing this problem as well. Has this issue been resolved?
The parameters I have are the same as mentioned above.

after a reboot of the server it could take up to 20 min (and I have seen installations which needed > 20min) for all processes to come up and work correctly. It is dependent on the size of the LMS databases as well as your server hardware and other installed SW on the server (espacially AntiVirus programs).
so after a reboot you should wait at least 10 min before logging in. If it fails still wait (up to 20 min) before deciding that you have a problem.
