Spurius memory access alarm

I've one cisco 2821 with 251904K/10240K bytes of Ram and 125184K bytes of Flash and IOS c2800nm-entservicesk9-mz.123-14.T6. Last Aug 9th it got the following alarm. Is it important or it's not a big issue?

This message provides traceback information that indicates where the previous ALIGN error occurred. This issue occurs due to a Cisco IOS Software bug. This problem is usually a cosmetic issue. However, a great number of these errors can result in high CPU utilization.Recommended Action: In order to resolve this problem, perform these actions:

Upgrade the Cisco IOS Software in order to stop the occurrence of the error messages.

or provide me with output of the show alignment command

Here is it the sh alignment command. May you pls let me know, in case that an IOS upgrade is needed, which IOS is the best to fix the trouble, thanks.
