I'm observing a problem with my new Unity connection 1.2(1) installation . I've integrated my Call Manager 5.1 with UC1.2 and it was working fine. I could forward no answer to the user voice mail. I could access my unity connection pilot number from public (PSTN) network.
However, now although the message is recorded and delivered, the respective user do not receive it. From the users phone when i access the voice mail box no new messages gets listed.
I've observered UC server CPU utilization is always 100%. Process CuCsMgr.exe is the process which uses above 95% of cpu.
I've tried uninstalling CSA but to no success.
What could be the possible area that i should look for.
