CCA Error: "the server response could not be parsed [12152]"

Has anyone gotten this error message on Cisco Clean Access Agen CCA Agent "the server response could not be parsed [12152]". I have tried everything I can but can't get rid of the error. I am running CCA 4.0.5 in OOB+VG, cluster mode for both CAM & CAS.

I have this problem too.

We are running Cisco Security Agents on the same machines that are running CCA Agents. I suspect there is some conflict between the two agents and hence the error message. When the CCA Agent is installed before the CS Agents, they seem to work fine without a problem.

Anyone deployed CCA+CSAgents?
