TCL script ISDN PRI Busy

I working with the script app-450-transfer. I would like to monitor the outgoing call and determine if it is busy or not..if it is I would like to play a prompt stating the number is busy..The outgoing dial-peer is pointing to an pri..when the busy comes back in the form of a q931 message this is not interpreted as an ls_007 by the script. Is this due to an inband/outofband signaling issue?...Is there a way the script can recieve the isdn message?

What is the status code reported instead ?

Here is a log file of the following debug:

temp2811VGW#show debugging

The following ISDN debugs are enabled on all DSLs:

debug isdn error is ON.

debug isdn q931 is ON. (filter is OFF)

debug voip application call setup is ON (filter is OFF)

Doesn't appear to have reported to the script.
