forgive me for my newness. I need to upload a different firmware to my ccm. how do I upload it to the server? I'm not onsite or even in the same city.
**UPDATE** I loaded the new image in TFTPPath.
it isnt the right image though because it still doesnt work.

Place the .BIN file in /Program Files/Cisco/TFTPPath.
Then either place the file name in the "Phone Load Name" field on the phones main page, or change in the system > device default setting for the 7941.
Reset the phone and it should take.

Thank you. I set the phones as 7941's instead of 7941G's and it worked! Thanks again.
