I am a CCNA. I want to get information about Is there any kind of certification of IPv6.If so kindly informed me about this.

Hello. There is no certification with the only goal of IPv6. You can pursue professional level BSCI http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/current_exams/642-901.html
that covers IPv6
