If you need to call an Agent than the best way is to use ICM Script Editor and NODE queue.

If you need to call to exact extension than you can use CRA Call Redirect Step. It has a busy branch , where you can play a prompt and than place a goto step, to try make redirect again.

Now, only when the prompt finish, work the redirect. I need that to try redirect while play the prompt, thus the user only play the MoH and when the extension is idle, the call will be transfer.
