I'm having a Catalyst 6506 with a Sup1 which I'm looking to replace by a Sup32, but I'm not able to check if the Fan tray is what I need for supporting the Sup32. Is there someone which knows how to check if we have a fan tray inside, and is there different fan trays, or there is one or there is none?

if I do sh modules I get:

Try the command 'show environment status'

yes, fan tray is in there.

but do we have different fantrays, or is just one type, having it is ok for Sup32, or not having it is not ok?

Quoting from the link below.

Supervisor Engine 32 requires the high-speed fan tray when operating in the Cisco Catalyst 6500 chassis. As such, a minimum of 2500W AC (in either 110V or 220V mode) or DC power supply is required for operation in a 6-, 9-, and 13-slot chassis.
