What is the cleanest way to force a failover? Is there a command that can do this w/o reloading the active supe? We want the supe in the 1st slot to be the "active" one again.

They will switchover in SSO mode. I've done it plenty of times.

Many thanks.
The docs say that the modules will not reload if it is running in RPR mode. I wonder if that is also true for SSO mode.

Thanks again it was a clean switchover. I didn't drop a ping. This command does cause the original "active" to reboot and there are messages about interfaces going down and up, but the servers never saw a disconnect.
