Hi,
We need a lot more info to make any suggestions.
Can you attach a diagram and what kind of links/protocols and hardware are involved.

Hi
I am receiving following status on uplink port
Line protocol down (err-disabled)
Port goes to error disable state due to loopback.

Hi Chandrakant,
Can you please update a bit about your topology and on which switch you are receibing this message? Is this the only switch or some other switches also receive this message? Also which code you are running on this switch?
Can you try shut and no shut on this interface and see if this link stays up?
Regards,
Ankur

There was a bug filed but it was junked, because it is mostly caused by a STP loop or bad cabling. The following bug more details on this

configuring no keepalive should help but this is just a workaround. you should figure out why the loopback is being detected
