I've one cisco 2621XM with 125952K/5120K of Ram and 49152K of Flash and IOS c2600-is-mz.122-15.T13. It has one wic-2t and 4 Bri for backup and its serial port is connected to one leased line. Since we're experiencing some randomic errors and bounce and Ptt has investigated all the possible issues and we've also changed the router, I'd like to know if there could be an IOS issue which is causing the trouble. Thanks

you can certainly check by uploading a newer version of the code.

I had once faced a similar problem but it turned out to be an earthing problem which sounds crazy though

OK thanks. Do you suggest to immediately move to IOS 12.4 or version 12.3 can be fine?

12.4 should be good or you can try the GD verion of the 12.3 code
