Solved: CCM 5.1.1 Unmapped Exception on MOH web page

When trying to add a MOH file, the find and list comes up with this.

We had a MP3 file converted to a WAV file then this happened when we tried to upload it. The new file shows under MOH audio sources but saids the file is not there and lists no properties for

the audio source.

Unmapped exception. The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in

the entity reference.
