CME and localizations help

I've configured a default localization of French on a CME 4.1 system. Now I need to upload the French localization files to the system to make available for tftp download to the phones. One thing I noticed is that I haven't found localization files specific to CME 4.1, the ones I found were for 4.0(2) I believe. Does it matter?

additional localization files needed on flash for 7941/61. spanish local not supported with 4.0 until 124-4.XC3 /
