ToD Routning Questions

I am migrating from CCME to CCM AutoAttendant.

I have reviewed the following link. Very good, but I still have a few questions.

1.) Created time periods, schedules, and partitions. Good with that piece.

2.) QUESTION ONE I have 3 different time schedules. -all calls route to my hunt pilot (main number)if after no answer they go to my CTI-RP -then to Unity.

b. Customer Service - all calls route to the same CTI RP or a different one?

c.Closed -all calls route to my CTI_RP or a different one?

With that said -I still have to create time schedules within Unity, right??

3. QUESTION TWO: Confused on the last part where you create the TP 1XXX.

a. do I need 3 TP (1XXX) that are assigned to the 3 different partitions?

Attached a call flow for AutoAttendant (Unity) and how I want the calls to act.

This is very different than CUE!
