Hi all,
I'm interested in Cisco MeetingPlace Express. I want to know whether this software can be used in the following scenario :
I want to provide secure conferencing solution where I provide some toll-free numbers. When outside caller from PSTN call this number and input their password, they can join the conference.
Will Cisco MeetingPlace Express fulfill this scenario ? If not, what can I use for this ?
Thanks all,
Wiyandi

Hi Wiyandi,
This is exactly what the MeetingPlace solutions can do. Your scenario and need for Secure/Password protected Conferencing would be supported. Have a look at a few of these notes;
Access authentication: In addition to using the option of a meeting password, meeting organizers can require that participants authenticate themselves using individual logins to attend a meeting and to access the associated recording. Further, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express can automatically block out users after multiple failed login attempts.
In-session meeting controls: Meeting owners can change Web conferencing permissions, specify announced entry and departure, require passwords, lock the meeting, and eject unwanted attendees.
From this MeetingPlace Express overview;

Hey Rob, I have a MP question, sounds like you know it!
If I have an MCSxxxx server, can I load up MP or MPE for a demo version? I have CiscoOS 2003.1.2 loaded on a 7815 server. It appears that MP 6.x is loaded, but not working. I was not sure if there was any secret to get these working?
PDI told me I could load MPE and use the DEMO, but the customer lost the disc that came with the CUCM 6.x bundle. PDI said they have to order it.
I was not aware or sure if there was another way to make this demo work.
cheers!
