Hi every one, i have an issue. I have CCM5.1 and i want to use a recording and monitoring software to record all calls from and to PSTN.
But when i monitor the switch port that connects to voice gateway, recording and monitoring software cannot record calls.
After that, i monitor the switch port that connects to CCM, it does work !!!
I don't know why !? That's confused ...
Anyone knows this issue, please tell me your knowledge, i'll be very thankful with your help.
PS: I found out that voice data go through CCM !
