How could you change the logo on the 7911 phone?.. Any link with the info?

Hello everybody,
I would change ths logo on a 7911 too, but it's not working with a Call Manager version 5.1(3)
I've doing all the stuff described on the document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7906g_7911g/5_1/sip/english/administration/guide/1106cst.html, but the new logo doesn't appear on the user background configuration menu.
I've create the 2 PNG file with the correct dimensions, change the list.xml file, copy the 3 files on the Desktops\95x34x1 directory, reset the TFTP service...
Can anyone help me please???

Hello,
I have same problem. I have configured the List.xml file as it explain the documentation, I have created two pictures in png format, and upload these files in the directory Desktops/95x34x1/. Stop and start the service TFTP, but don't appear the logo in the menu phone's.

I am also having the same issue with CUCM 6.0.1. Error "Selections Unavailable" on display. I'm starting over againt today from scratch, hopefully I just missed something when trying to get this to work on Friday. Any insight is appreciated.

Hello,
I've found where is the problem on my part.
When you upload the file list.xml and the PNG files, you need to specify this path: Desktops/95x34x1 (and not Desktops\95x34x1)
Try with this, for me it was my problem...

Is it List.xml (in the documentation) or list.xml? I found out when uploading the ring list that it was case sensitive.

Thank you for your help. I got the background to work by putting the images and the List.xml in the proper folder. What I kept missing was the different folder by phone type. The Desktops/320x196x4 was needed for the 7941.
Once I uploaded them to the TFTP and restarted the TFTP services (again) the error message disappeared and the background an option!
