In looking at the file that you posted it looks like the router started with a standard config for all of the modem lines. And then for some reason some of the lines have had extra lines added to them. If the extra lines are causing problems then you can try to remove the extra lines and return the config to its original state. You could try this:

config t

line 97 126

no timeout login response 0

no data-character-bits 8

no exec-character-bits 8

no special-character-bits 8

no length 0

no width 0

history

editing

no transport preferred none

no escape-character soft 0

no escape-character 0

ip tcp input-coalese-threshold

no lat out-group all disabled

line 129 158

no timeout login response 0

no data-character-bits 8

no exec-character-bits 8

no special-character-bits 8

no length 0

no width 0

history

editing

no transport preferred none

no escape-character soft 0

no escape-character 0

ip tcp input-coalese-threshold

no lat out-group all disabled

Give this a try and let us know if it helps.
