the router itself breaks lines and save it in STARTUP configuration

In looking at the file that you posted it looks like the router started with a standard config for all of the modem lines. And then for some reason some of the lines have had extra lines added to them. If the extra lines are causing problems then you can try to remove the extra lines and return the config to its original state. You could try this:
