It says on page 179 of the CME manual that the monitoring of FXO status is possible. Is there a workaround to monitor which ISDN BRI channels are in use or to select them from the phone keys.

Did you find a soultion to this?
I need to monitor 2 ISDN lines (4BRI Channels) using the buttons on the phone.
It only seems to have the ability to monitor FXO ports.

You cannot monitor other line types than FXO.
What problem are you trying to solve ?
For example, if you want certain phones to dial out using one line and others using another line, that is possible using certain configurations.

The problem is that it is not possible to see whether the available BRI channels are in use or not.
For example - I have 4 BRI channel and I would like to show 4 buttons on the phone to show when these lines are in use and when not.
The handsets are 7970s.
