Hi Guys,
Q1:anybody knows what's the difference for followed daughter card of WS-X6748-GE-TX?
Q2:in which case I should choose these card and which one ?

From what I recall... The DFC should match the supervisor engine PFC (PFC3 BXL and DFC 3BXL, for example).
If you search on Cisco's site you can get a rundown of what the specifics are for each model. I would recommend no less than the 3BXL but it depends on what PFC you have on the SUP.

Thanks avmabe, I was confirmed with Cisco Partner Help Online DFC card should match the supervisor engine module like what you explained.
The other thing I found out and confirmed with Cisco PHO is:
for some x67xx and x68xx latest 1/10G Ethernet line card, 6513 chassis only supports maximum 5 cards , that's why you can NOT select this type of card for slot 3-8 from Dynamic Configuration Tools.
This information not officially announced on any Cisco documentation.
