Hello,
I am familiar with saving my running configuration on an IOS using either:
copy run start
or
wr mem
What is the command to save my running configuration on a 6513 running CatOS?

In CatOS the save of the config is automatic. You do not need to do anything other than make the changes.

As Rick says it saves automatically which out of interest is why you dont have a vlan.dat file as any changes are committed to NVRAM straight away.
