Hi,
We are having IPCC 7.0. When we are taking historical reporting in terms of Agent wise daily report & Call type we are getting the details in an interval of 30 minutes.
Can we reduce the interval time for these reports to 5 or 10 mins instead of 30 mins?

Hello there,
no, you can't. Every 30 minutes the system collects statistical information, and this timer cannot be changed (actually, it is a standard for call centers).
However, if you would like to compile stats for different intervals, use the Termination_Call_Detail table.

can you help me getting call type weekly report and start the each day of the week from 7:00AM and end it next day at 7:00AM
