Could someone refresh my memory on how to remove agents from the IPCC Express "Resoures" listing? I thoguht I needed to just remove the associated phone/user from the Jtapi user in Call Manager, but its not removing them from the list.
User's name will still stay in Resources List. But the inactive user link will show on top. When you click that link, it will show that the user's name also listed there. You can remove the user there.
