Hello,
I am trying to upgrade some 1601, 1601-R and 1605-R routers to 12.3(6) IP PLUS. I am having a hard time figuring out if this image will run on these models. All routers will have 16 Megs DRAM minimum. If anyone can confirm this image will work on these models, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

For 12.3.(6) you can only run 'IP' with 16MB DRAM. You need 24MB for 'IP Plus'.
12.2.(46) will give you 'IP Plus' with 16MB.
Filename: c1600-sy-mz.122-46.bin

Thank you all very much for your responses. I really appreciate it!!!
I am trying to build a BSCI lab that covers all of the technologies I will be tested on. Figuring out all of the options and requirements is dizzying. Thanks for the help. looks like I will have to go without IPv6.

12.2(11)T11 (c1600-sy-mz.122-11.T11.bin) supports IPv6 with 16MB DRAM
Edit: Never mind, it's no longer available for download.

Thanks again! Hopefully I ace the OSPF and BGP sections and that carries me through any IPv6 practical stuff. I think Im ok with the theory :)
Again, I appreciate your efforts!

For 1601, the latest 12.3 PLUS variant image appears to be IP/FW PLUS IPSEC 56, 12.3.6f, which notes it needs 10 MB RAM and 16 MB flash.
For 1601R-1605R, the latest 12.3 IP PLUS image is 12.3.23, which notes 24 MB RAM and 8 MB flash. (Older 12.3 versions appear to have the same requirements.)

I have checked the software download page on CCO and it shows that the requirement for 12.3(6) is 24 MB RAM and 8 MB flash for the 1601-R and 1605-R IP PLUS feature set. I do not see an IP PLUS feature set for the 1601 but I do see IP/FW PLUS IPSEC 56 which requires 10 MB RAM and 16 MB flash.
