7609 router problem

Hi,

I have some problem with one of my 7609 router. I am having the IOS c6sup22-jk2sv-mz.121-27b.E2.bin in the router. Flex wan module WS-X6182-2PA is connected with it.

When ever I am connecting E1 in module 3 the router is getting reloaded. But the same E1 is working fine in other modules.

Pls help.

I would open up a TAC case or upgrade the code first before looking into this any further.

Thanks for your response. The option of opening a TAC is still open.

What do u mean by code upgrade? Are u talking about ios upgrade.
