Hi,
We are using Cisco Call Manager ver 4.2(3)sr1 and voice gw (C3745-IPVOICEK9-M), Version 12.4(13d. We experience the voice choppy issue when receiving/calling external party. Does anyone have any idea on this ? Is it due to ios , voice gw or call manager that causes it.
Pls help asap.

Can you please post your 3745 config. Its sounds like you may have QOS issues.

just to add, when on the call, hit the help button twice and check the loss of packets and jitter.
