using BARS to replace MCS-7825I-3.0-IPC1 with MCS-7825-I2-IPC1 failed

The only difference between the to systems is that the MCS-7825I-3.0-IPC1 runs OS 2000.2.7 and the MCS-7825-I2-IPC1 runs OS 2000.4.3a. But they are both running CallManager 4.1 and CRS 4.0. After restoring the new systems with the backup file taken from the old system a lot of errors occurred. At start up the CallManager fails to operate it only works fine when I stop the SQL server of the CallManger and start it again. I also can run all the services of the call manager at once. I get a windows error. My main question is: is that because the operating system is different? Do I have to manually reconfigure the new system?
