Aironet 1232 encryption questions

Im fairly new to the aironet config options, Im use to the simple linksys interface. But I want to make sure my wifi connections are encrypted and need authentication before establishing a connection to the ap. I dont have a radius server or key mgmt server, so I know I cant make it "that" secure. But this is how I have it setup:

SSID Manager

Key Management: Mandatory WPA,

-what is CCKM?

I have a WPA Pre-share key HEX,

-should I do ascii?

Encryption Manager

Cipher: AES CCMP

So is this the best I can do, for now? I know my clients need the key for connecting to the ap, but is the traffic encrypted bw the pc and ap?

Thanks in advance.

For home deployment WPA-PSK with the CCMP encryption is optimium secutiry. You could use either Hex or asccii. CCKM is Cisco Centralized Key Management.used in fast reassociations.
