I have a user in AD that is showing one message in their mailbox. When accessing from the TUI, they do not have any saved or new messages.
I have tried to delete with Untiy Message Store Manager, but the item remains. Is there anyway to do this from Exchange?

Sometimes if you delete items server side from the inbox you will get the ghosting. I have actually had to delete mailboxes and recreate them to clear the ghosted messages out.
