I am having a hard time finding the call logs for all calls on the Call Manager. Are there logs kept for all calls?? If so where?? TIA!!

Hi Trien,
The Call Logs or Records are saved and viewed via CDR/CAR. Have a look;
Cisco Unified CallManager Serviceability Administration Guide, Release 4.0(1)
CDR Analysis and Reporting
