Good afternoon. I am trying to back up an active ACS 4.1 SE 1113 appliance so that I can restore it to a test device that I have. I never realized that a backup on ACS can really be a bear. I have Quick'nEasy FTP server and have added login for acsuser with password and send it to a directory called ACSave. On the acs backup, I want to back up now, so I typed in my FTP server ip address, the acsuser and the password. On teh file, I have tried c:\acsave, \\acssave, and a dot (.).
I jsut want user and group data similar to what we would get from csutil. Is tehre a way that I can get a dump.txt file from an appliance? If not, can someone tell me exactly what file name I should use in the back up process?
Thank you all
Dwane

That should be helpful.
