CM 4.2 Attendant Console temp call forward

A customer want's to forward his attendant console phone temporarely to another extension. This can only be done for the first line of the phone. Is there a way to resolve this so the receptionist can forward al incomming calls to a pilot point?

I have this problem too.

Hi Sebastiaan,

I'm not sure if you have tried accessing this device/user combination via ccmuser web gui. This user interface does allow the user to forward all lines from their associated device instead of only Line 1. Maybe worth a try.
