Error during firmware upgrade on a 7941G phone

I recently reset one of our 7941G phones to the factory defaults via these instructions:

After doing so, the phone fails to boot during the firmware upgrade process.

Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

Did you try unplugging the phone from all power sources for about 5 minutes, then try to boot it back up?

Left the phone unplugged for about thirty minutes and it still won't upgrade.
