Call Manager : IP Phone status

Hi,

We have call manager 4.1 version. and we have more that 600 phones registered. But some times phones get unregistered due to instrument powered off or due to link failure. We need to find these unregistered phone by selecting rows and checking the status in the "phones" menu. Which take lot of time to search full table by checking 50 rows each time.

Is there any fast way in call manager to find all unregistered phones like any sql query to find status "unregistered" for all rows.

any link cisco.com.

Thanks in advance

Subodh

The Network Statistics screen displays information about the phone and network performance. Table 7-3 describes the information that appears in this screen.

To display the Network Statistics screen, take either of these actions:

If the phone is registered with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, press the Application Menu button, then choose Settings > Status > Network Statistics.

By default, the Application Menu button is line button 24 (the top left line button).

If the phone is not registered with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, press the Settings softkey and then choose Status > Network Statistics. This softkey appears only when the phone is not registered.

To reset the Rx Frames, Tx Frames, and Rx Broadcasts statistics to 0, press the Clear softkey. To exit the Network Statistics screen, press the Exit softkey
