It is possible to modify the config of a 7921G through the phones webpage, but the phone is asking me for a password...
I can't find anything in the adminguide so I hope someone can help me further...

The default is admin / Cisco.
By default also the web access is read-only.
Would need to change to full access in the CallManager. Can also manage the web password via CallManager 5.X and later.

What about in Call Manager Express? Is there a way to enable phone web 'full' access in CME?

Will state that you can create an ephone template for this.

webAccess
0 = Full; 1 = Disabled; 2 = ReadOnly
But by default web access is set to full.
Would only get set to read only if it registers to a CM or CME w/ webaccess set to read-only or disabled.
Is set to read-only by default on the CM.
