Callmanager 4.1(3)sr1 - MLA - how to read logs ?

Hi,

I have just enabled MLA and wish to track the changes made by my phone administrators.

I have looked at the traces and am way too stupid to understand them !

Is there a way to view .....

User Bob added DN 1234 to phone SEP000001111123 on Friday at 15:10 ?

"SEP000001111123" indicates the Mac address of the phone where the user Bob has added a directory number 1234.

What I mean is the traces files do not read that way.

If they did I'd understand them !!!!

I need to take the info from the MLA trace files and convert them into something which reads ...

at 17:23 Bob added DN to SEP000000011111
