I can export the configuration information of my Call Manager 4.1 to import it to Call Manager 4.3?

I have this problem too.

Yes, you can follow the upgrade release instructions for your version. Ensure you meet all requirements in order to upgrade prior to attempting an upgrade.

You will be using BARS to backup your database, then again to upload your new DB after the upgrade.
