CCM 4.1 to CCM 4.3

I can export the configuration information of my Call Manager 4.1 to import it to Call Manager 4.3?

I have this problem too.

I'm not sure as to what information you are trying to export and then import it to CM 4.3. Also, is there a reason why you dont want to do a upgrade from CM 4.1(3) to 4.3(1) as this is a tested and supported upgrade option. The same is mentioned at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_software_versions_comparison.html
