IP IVR 4.5 configuration Assistance with single CCM 5.1(2) cluster

Dear All,

IP IVR is a new Product for me & I did not find any step by step configuration guide on it. Our IVR has a 10 port license.

Our requirement is very simple. We want:

Incoming Callers receives welcome tone & prompt for Number to dial or pass to Operator.

If the user is busy, reply back with a busy prompt.

So, pls. assist us the configuration to fulfill our above requirement.
