Dear All,

We are trying to install Atlas Sound Speaker phone model 18S in Berbee 5.1 but we are unable to do so.

Do we require any firmware files before adding Speaker in Berbee. I have tried to check for the same in C:\ProgramFiles\Berbee\webapp\resources. I was able to find only one file Informacast.cfg

I have tried to enter speaker phone by adding Mac address/speaker name but it is not getting registered ?

can somebody help?

Aman - We installed some Atlas Zone Controllers and had similar problems getting those registered. We installed the firmware updates from Berbee (contact them direct) and they seem to register consistently now. I didn't find any info anywhere about firmware updates until I asked them specifically about it.
