NM-HDV farm

Hi, I have installed 2 NM-HDV with 5 PVDM-12 to each on 3725. I wonder if this is normal (I try on all 12.4 IVS IOSes and all the same behavior):

When the 3725 boot up, it will show "changed state to up" for DSP 1-10 when I have 5 PVDMs, 4-15 when I have 4 PVDMs, 7-15 when I have 3 PVDMs.

The question is why the booting never show all 15 DSPs in the 5 PVDMs (just 1-10)? This happens to both of my NM-HDVs, so unless both NM-HDVs are defective, they should not behave the same way, or maybe my 3725 cannot handle all the DSPs there?

Anyone have the same experience?
