CCM 5.0.4a Inconsistent Device Status

I have a CallManager 5.0.4a cluster where the devices status on the subscribers is inconsistent. On SUB1 Phone A registered but the status for Phone A on SUB2 is Unknown.

The publisher also shows a status of unknown for Phone A. I can make and receive calls on Phone A with no issues.

What could be causing the inconsistent phone status on the different servers in the cluster? A problem with ICC?

Hi Joseph,

I think a good place to start would be to check out the Db replication between the Pub/Subs using the built-in tool in CCM 5.X that Mahesh refers to in this recent post (Thanks Mahesh)!
