CCM 4.2.3 - Just replaced Publisher to better hardware; all went smooth, except cannot login. RTMT says "directory connection failed". All is well on the Subscriber; can login, etc.
MUST I run the AD integration plugin after a BARS restore? Or is there another way to accomplish this? (I still have the old publisher offline.)

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing.
I had wondered if there was another way of restoring, since I didn't have Schema Admin password. But then I got it (it's a large and distributed domain) and ran the plugin and it fixed the issues.
