I want to setup each vty line with seperate permissions and authentication methods.

Is there a way for the router to recognize a user and give them access to vty 3 instead of the first available vty.

It seems the router will pick the first vty available and if the user is denied it will refuse them. I want some mechanism that will rollover to the next vty line.
