I can`t debug with q931 translator

Hi,

I want to get a debug ISDN q931 from CCM 4.2(3) but I can?t. I go to CCM serviceability and set "trace configuration" to "Enable ISDN Trace" and so on with the remain parameters.

When I stablish a call and I try to see the .xml file I don?t see the isdn events consequently when I try q9321 translator it says me that "No ISDN Messages in the File".

I have reviewed my configuration but I don`t know wthat to do.

I answer myself. The problem was that phones was registered with Subscriber, then I have to choose the Subscriber in Q931 translator menu.
